We are delighted to announce that Sting has added second concerts on the highly revered  “STING 3.0” World Tour, presented by the Cherrytree Music Company and Live Nation in Minneapolis (Oct 14), Indianapolis (Oct 23) and Akron (Nov 2) and a fourth show in Montreal (Oct 30). Tickets go on presale to Sting.com members from 10am (local time) on Tuesday March 10 (Wed, Mar 11 for Montreal) with tickets going on general sale from Friday, March 13 at 10am (local time)...

During his time in Amsterdam, ARTE captured Sting’s breathtaking performance at the Rijksmuseum, creating a stunning live film that will premiere on ARTE’s VOD platform on March 5 before broadcasting across the network in Germany and France on March 27. The performance will also receive a physical release on CD and vinyl, titled Sting – The Night Watch: Live at the Rijksmuseum, with pre-orders launching March 5 ahead of the June 26 release...

The newly announced 2026 dates will begin in Vancouver, BC, with a two-night run at Queen Elizabeth Theatre on October 5th and 6th before continuing through Seattle, Minneapolis, Rockford, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Montreal, Akron, Cincinnati, Wallingford, Brooklyn, and Tampa, with performances in Nashville and Pittsburgh to be announced soon...

2020: Sting appeared as Jackie White in The Last Ship at the Golden Gate Theatre in San Francisco.

2019: Sting appeared as Jackie White in The Last Ship at the Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto, Canada.

2013: Sting performed at Mehrangarh fort in Jodhpur, India at an event to highlight the alarming increase in cases of head injuries in India.

2012: Sting performed at the Columbiahalle in Berlin, Germany.

2009: Sting appeared in Figline Valdarno at an event to talk about his decision to farm in Tuscany, his plans for wine growing and to explain why his business is 100% organic.

2007: Sting & Edin Karamazov performed at the Konzerthaus in Vienna, Austria.

2003: The Police were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at a ceremony at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York. They performed 'Message In A Bottle', 'Roxanne' and 'Every Breath You Take'.

2002: Sting attended the Screen Actor's Guild awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.

1996: Sting performed at the Paradiso Club in Amsterdam, Holland.

1991: Sting performed at the Rainforest Benefit at New York's Carnegie Hall. Guests included Elton John, Chief Raoni and Antonio Carlos Jobim.

1979: The Police performed at the University of Iowa in Grinnell, USA.

1978: The Police performed at Essex University in Colchester, England where supporting US band Spirit.

1977: The Police performed at Erics in Liverpool, England.

 

SUMMONER'S TALES...

"'Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic' was first recorded as a demo, with the piano figure, in a studio in Montreal. I had written the song long before the Police were successful, but it seemed a bit soft for the band at first. But the demo was really great. It sounded like a No 1 song to me. I took it to the band, who were reticent, still thinking it was soft. I was saying, But listen, it's a hit."
